A little bit of honey adds Rosh HaShana to this delicious salmon dish!
4 salmon fillets
¼ tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp melted butter
1 ½ Tbsp honey
¼ c crushed cornflakes
¼ c finely chopped pecans
1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Garnish with lemon slices
Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper. Place skin side down in a lightly greased baking dish.
Combine mustard, butter and honey. Brush over the salmon.
Combine cornflakes, pecans and parsley. Spoon evenly across the top of the salmon.
Bake uncovered at 450 for 12-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
