Makes 12-15 fritters.

These have been Pesach breakfast in our family for 50 years.
Ingredients:
1 c matza meal
¾ c milk
3 apples, peeled, cored and chopped into small pieces
3 eggs
2 Tbsp oil for frying
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Ladel the batter into the pan, like pancakes.
- Fry until golden brown on each side.
- Serve with cinnamon and sugar mixture (1/2 c sugar and 1 Tbsp cinnamon).
