When we want to have a super relaxed Friday night, this is the chicken that I make. It’s delicious and easy and sets the tone for a laid back and tasty meal.
Serves 4.
Ingredients:
1 chicken, cut into 8. Remove skin.
1/3 c soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp dry mustard
½ tsp ginger
¼ tsp pepper
Directions:
1. Marinate chicken in sauce for one hour.
2. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

This is so not super easy!
IMO, this is NOT super easy & relaxed. Remove the chicken skin AND peel and minces garlic cloves LOL! Super easy & relaxed is more like leave on the skin, sprinkle on some granulated garlic, pepper, etc. and sprinkle some soy sauce over everything without measuring. No marinating while watching the clock, just chuck the pan in the oven and bake! No washing of the eliminated chopping board, knives, marinating bowl as well.
