This salad comes with a great crunch!
1 can of sliced water chestnuts
A handful of snow peas, cut into 2 or 3 pieces
A handful of white mushrooms (one package, sliced)
1 package of ramen noodles
½ c pine nuts
¼ c slivered almonds
Toast the noodles and nuts in a frying pan for a few minutes just so they get a little color and crisp.
1/3 c oil
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1/3 c sugar
1/4 c rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
Mix dressing ingredients. Add and toss right before serving.
