Our friends at Golden Blossom Honey are sharing some of their Pesach kitchen secrets. Try their Charoset.
2 apples, peeled, cored and finely chopped
1 cup almonds, finely chopped
2 Tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 cup sweet Passover wine
Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Mix together until well combined. Stir in wine, mixing thoroughly. Refrigerate overnight to blend flavors. Serves: 6.
