A refreshing dessert or palate cleanser.
Ingredients:
1 c sugar
2 c water
1/3 c lemon juice
Directions:
- Combine the sugar and water in a medium size sauce pan.
- Turn on heat, stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Boil for 5 minutes.
- Cool.
- Add the lemon juice.
- Freeze for half an hour. Mix. Refreeze.
Serves 6.
