This salad comes with a great crunch!
Ingredients:
- Romaine lettuce
- 1 can of sliced water chestnuts
- A handful of snow peas, cut into 2 or 3 pieces
- A handful of white mushrooms (one package, sliced)
- 1 package of ramen noodles
- ½ c pine nuts
- ¼ c slivered almonds
Toast the noodles and nuts in a frying pan for a few minutes just so they get a little color and crisp.
Dressing:
- 1/3 c oil
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 c sugar
- 1/4 c rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Mix dressing ingredients. Add and toss right before serving.
