 A little twist on a breaded cauliflower gives us a delicious Pesach sidedish!


6 c. cauliflower florets

2 Tbsp water

3 Tbsp olice oil

½ c matza meal

1 garlic clove

1 Tbsp parsley

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper




  1. Microwave the cauliflower and water on HIGH for six minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain.
  2. Heat 1 ½ Tbsp of oil in a large skillet, add matza meal, toasting the matza meal lightly. Remove from pan.
  3. Heat the remaining 1 ½ Tbsp of oil and garlic in the pan. Add cauliflower. Sauté for five minute, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add matza meal, parsley, salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
