This simple salad gives us two Rosh HaShana favorites in its ingredient list: apples and pomegranate seeds.


4 Tbsp orange juice
2 tsp honey
4 c. chopped apples
1 c. pomegranate seeds
1 c. walnut halves

Mix apples, pomegranate seeds and walnut halves together. Drizzle with orange juice and honey.
