As Moses concludes his time as leader, he has some last words of wisdom to pass over. He reminds the Jews not to worship other gods (for there will be bad consequences) and he reminds them to follow God and His laws for if they do there will be a great rewards for them, their cattle and land!
Yehoshua Ben Nun is getting ready to take over and lead the people. Moses passes the Torah to the Priests to teach the people and finally, Moses concludes the portion by writing and then reciting a poem to the people of Israel.
