Here’s a great Chummus hack! Short on time? Transform store-bought chummus into a culinary masterpiece.


1/2 lb of ground meat

1 1/2 tsp cumin

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 of an onion chopped

1 garlic clove chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup pine nuts (optional)



  1. Sauté onions and garlic, once translucent, add in the ground meat and cook until meat browns. Add in cumin, salt, pepper and pine nuts (if using).
  2. Spread chummus on a plate, make a well in the middle of the plate and pour meat mixture onto the chummus.
  3. Serve with pita (or any other bread).
