Rosh HaShana Sponge Shapes

A simple colorful afternoon craft.

Ages 3-6

Materials:

Construction paper
Sponges
Scissors
Red, green, yellow and brown paints

Directions:

Cut the sponges into Rosh HaShana shapes – a shofar, an apple and a honey dish (need help? Download our template here – right click on the image above and press save image).

Have your kids dip the different sponges into paint and sponge paint a Rosh HaShana-themed piece of art.
