With sweet corn seemingly everywhere you turn these days, we’re showing you how make it best.

  • Do not boil sweet corn. To maximize flavor, simply steam your corn. Bring ½ an inch of water to a boil and lower the heat. Then add your corn to the pot and let it cook for 5 minutes. Steaming keeps in the sweetness and nutrients.
  • If you choose to microwave your corn, keep the husks on and microwave on high for two minutes per ear.
  • To grill sweet corn, soak the corn in water for an hour and grill it with the husks on. Once the husks are charred, your corn is ready!
