This craft is definitely a parent and child collaborative project. It takes under 5 minutes and it makes a beautiful Chanukah decoration. We’re hanging these candles up all around the house. They also make a unique gift card.
Ages 5-10.
Materials:
White paper (cardstock is preferable)
Colorful candles
Scissors
Directions:
1. Cut out a candle and a flame. (To make my candle interesting, I cut it in a squiggle shape.)
2. Light one colored candle. Carefully, drip it on your paper “candle”. The drips should be small and circular.
3. Repeat process with different colored candles until your paper “candle” is covered in colorful wax circles.
4. Display.
