Serve it on spaghetti or as a spread on Challah (of course our favorite!). Homemade pesto is always a welcome addition to a meal.
3 packed cups of fresh basil leaves
2 large cloves of fresh garlic or minced equivalent
½ cup pine nuts
¾ cup packed fresh parsley
¾ cup of olive oil
Salt to taste
Mix in a food processor.
Enough for 1 lb of spaghetti.
