When we want to have a super relaxed Friday night, this is the chicken that I make. It’s delicious and easy and sets the tone for a laid back and tasty meal.

Serves 4.

Ingredients:

1 chicken, cut into 8. Remove skin.
1/3 c soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp dry mustard
½ tsp ginger
¼ tsp pepper

Directions:

1. Marinate chicken in sauce for one hour.
2. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
