Looking to share a little love in your kid’s lunch box? These rice crispy squares are a nice surprise snack. Easy enough to make with your kids one afternoon, this unique twist on a standard favorite guarantees you a happy kid.

Ingredients:

White Layer

2 Tbsp margarine
7 Oz marshmallow “fluff”
5 C Rice Crispy cereal
¾ white chocolate chips

Chocolate Layer

2 Tbsp margarine
3 Tbsp Cocoa powder
7 Oz marshmallow “fluff”
5 C Rice Crispy cereal
¾ chocolate chips

Directions:

White Layer:

Melt margarine over a low heat. Add marshmallow fluff until it is soft and malleable. Mix in cereal until it is well coated and stir in chocolate chips. Press into the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan.

Chocolate Layer:

Melt margarine over a low heat and whisk in the cocoa powder. Add marshmallow fluff until it is soft and malleable. Mix in cereal until it is well coated and stir in chocolate chips. Press over top the white later.
Refrigerate and serve.
