Just in time for Purim, we’re bringing you the perfect chicken recipe for your holiday meal!
1 chicken, cut into 8 pieces
2 c diced onion
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 c chili sauce
1 ½ c red wine
- Over medium heat, pan fry the chicken in a large pan. Fry the chicken for 7 minutes on each side. Remove from pan and place in a 9 x 13 baking dish.
- In the same chicken renderings, add the rest of the ingredients.
- Cook over medium heat until the liquid is reduced to half.
- Pour contents of pan over the chicken and bake at 250 for 1.5 – 2 hours.
