Hot chocolate is a tried and true way to brave a cold winter day!
Whether you make your own hot chocolate (milk and chocolate cubes on the stovetop) or have ready-made hot chocolate packages, we’ve got some GREAT ways to take ordinary hot chocolate and make it fabulous.
1. Begin by decorating the inside of your mug with chocolate or caramel syrup.
2. Pour hot chocolate into the mug. Add any of the following to you mug: one caramel candy, a handful of marshmallows (big or small), a heaping tablespoon of fluff, a teaspoon of red hots or whip cream.
3. Top your hot chocolate with chocolate shavings. You can make those by using a vegetable peeler and “peeling” a large bar of chocolate on to each mug.
