Pineapple juice is the secret ingredient to this moist and delicious cake!

Ingredients:

1 ½ c canola oil
4 large eggs
2 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
½ c orange juice
1 c pineapple juice
1 Tbsp grated orange zest
3 c flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 c mini chocolate chips, dusted in flour

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Bake in a Bundt pan for 1 hour at 350.

Let cool.

There are two separate icings to be drizzled over the cake.

Topping 1:

1 c. icing sugar
1 ½ Tbsp orange juice

Mix together. Drizzle over the cake.

Topping 2:

1 c. icing sugar
1 Tbsp cocoa
½ Tbsp of water (you can play around with the amount of water for thinner or thicker consistencies)

Mix together. Drizzle over the cake.
